Please join us for the September 15th SPIN San Diego Branch meeting.
We will have a chance to experience the Green Dragon Tavern & Museum in Carlsbad. The 22,000 sq. ft. space features a museum, restaurant, two story tavern, coffee house, gift shop and a "state of the art" Ballroom. This venue creates a welcoming atmosphere for celebrating, remembering and honoring early American history. Additionally, Executive Chef Gregory Krol has created a menu that reflects "old world" meets "new world" cuisine and features locally farmed and sustainable ingredients. SPIN will have an exclusive tour and special tasting of some of their signature menu items.
Our topic is ‘Site Selection Best Practices’. We will engage in a round table discussion sharing tools and tips on "site selection and hotel RFPs". Please bring a sample of what you use; we will plan to review CIC standards, compare tips and tools and share our bright ideas.
Upon arrival, Please enter the building through the Tavern entrance or the Museum entrance and take a right inside the door. Head upstairs for the SPIN Meeting (stair access only).
