SPiN:Roundtables are a way for members to participate in discussions centered on industry topics. This has been specially designed for our members who aren't near Branch cities and for those who are on the road too much to attend live events.

The format is similar to a webinar, but rather than having one subject matter expert, YOU are the experts and are expected to participate in the discussion.

TOPIC - Dealing with the "Fun" Parts of our Jobs

We will be discussing the below 3 questions:

• The customer service aspect of my job is burning me out--the endless stupid questions, and also dealing with upset attendees that did something like register at the last minute and are now blaming me for the lack of hotel rooms...
• How to ask for a raise
• Organizing the various events/projects/"stuff" so that my brain isn't constantly shifting from one to another - I need to figure out how to be more productive when working on multiple projects.
